Proactive Investment Report

During the 2024 Inaugural Convening, one of the potential solutions identified as prime for further discussions was the development of a proactive investment framework. This report is the product of these discussions and the collaborative, multi-stakeholder working group effort to outline what proactive investments are, what these investments aim to address, what risks they present, and how processes to support proactive investment can be developed and implemented.
